POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a leader in Relationship and Partnership Management to join us! In this role, you'll play a pivotal role delivering the best customer experience in Manitoba, while expanding our customer and partner base.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The position requires an ability to connect and build relationships with new and existing customers You will translate customer needs and expectations into compelling opportunities and solutions.
As a key member of the Business Development team, you will work closely with our customers to bring creative approaches to complex business transformations. Key accountabilities include:
  • Contribute your perspective & experience to shaping Paradigm’s overall GTM strategy in Manitoba
  • Manage customer relationships and steward existing partnerships
  • Community engagement and relationship expansion
  • Promote Paradigm consulting services and solutions
  • Understand our portfolio of services and align our value proposition and offerings to client needs and strategic priorities
  • Strategic Account Management
  • Identify, advance, and secure new opportunities (sales cycle management) from external and internal sources
  • Develop and execute GTM campaigns
  • Advocate for Paradigm Business Development best practices and end-to-end sales process
  • Collaborate in a ‘one team’ environment and provide support for key opportunities.
  • Work with our local and National partner community to respond to and deliver services and solutions

ATTRIBUTES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Ability to manage accounts like an entrepreneur, finding creative ways to drive business
  • Self-motivated and passionate about growth, both individually and for Paradigm
  • Natural ability to connect with others and build rapport
  • A demonstrated commitment to culture and teamwork
  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Development/ Account Management role or related and relevant experience.
  • Excellent collaboration skills: working with our colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Consultant Care and Delivery to find solutions to complex opportunities
  • Strong communication and intrapersonal skills: ability to speak as a peer with C-level buyers at large enterprises
  • Excellent writing skills (professional and persuasive writing)
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office productivity software
