The position, located in Winnipeg, requires an ability to connect and build relationships with customers: translate customer needs and expectations into compelling opportunities and solutions, as well as excellent communication and writing skills. As a key member of the business development team, you will work closely with our customers to bring creative approaches to complex business transformations.

Ability to manage customer accounts, finding creative ways to drive business

5+ years of experience in a Business Development/ Account Management
Familiar with Project Delivery and Account Care
Excellent communication skills and problem solving/analytical abilities
Excellent writing skills (professional, academic, and persuasive writing)
Strong organizational skills and work ethic
Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office productivity software (MS Office)

Be part of a team of experienced Account Managers that focus on Customer Experience & Relationships
Sales of Paradigm consulting services and solutions: understanding our portfolio of services and determining a fit with our customer’s objectives and strategic intentions
Customer Relationship Management: managing large accounts and building new relationships
Account Management and Growth: Identifying opportunities from external and internal sources and managing the lifecycle of an opportunity
Diverse Team: working with our Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams to find solutions to complex opportunities
Partnerships: working with our local and national partner communities to respond to and deliver services and solutions
Writing proposal responses to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Resources & Vendor of Records
Preparing & Delivering presentations
