Paradigm has opportunities for Project Managers with strong Information Technology experience to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement significant initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology. The role will be based onsite for our customers who are in Regina/Winnipeg.

Mandatory qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
Currently hold a valid PMP certification (Project Management Professional) and other relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum, and SAFe.
5+ years experience in project management, particularly in Insurance, Crown Corporations, Public Sectors, Healthcare and Telecommunications.
What our clients are looking for in a Project Manager:
Proven experience in managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
Strong background in stakeholder engagement, risk management, change management, and issue resolution.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Duties may include:
Coordinate and complete IT gap analyses and prepare related policies, guidelines, and recommendations.
Develop project charters and business/project plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design and deliver solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Create and present comprehensive project deliverables for various internal support teams and stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, resources, and governance structures.
Engage stakeholders and ensure clear, consistent communication across all project phases.
Report on project status including timelines, budget, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders.
Establish and monitor project schedules, estimate resources, and manage work plans.
Provide effective communication for related business areas.
Other responsibilities as required or requested by leadership.
