Program Manager

Paradigm has opportunities for Program Managers to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement significant initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology. 
What you’ll do:  
  • Strategize, implement / deliver, and maintain (single or multi-year) program initiatives that adhere to their organizational objectives / business goals  
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement  
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance  
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached  
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity  
  • Enhance the program offering and quality of existing programs AND/OR transition into / take over, if needed, a troubled program and steer it towards successful completion  
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with key functional areas (like HR, Finance, Governance & Compliance, Marketing & Communications) within the company to ensure program level risks are understood and mitigated  
  • Manage Program level Vendor and 3rd Party Supplier relationships  
What we’d like:  
  • 5+ years’ demonstrated experience in delivering single / multi-year programs with a significant IT component resulting in corporate and cultural change  
  • Experience leading program / multiple concurrent project teams (co-located and remote) with budgets exceeding $5M  
  • 5+ years managing teams that developed requirements for selecting and implementing applications  
  • 5+ years managing vendors in the delivery of enterprise solutions  
  • Proven ability (with examples) to manage multiple and at times competing, stakeholders to deliver intended results while minimizing program risks and issues  
  • Experience in organizational change management processes for transformational initiatives  
  • 10+ years experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies  
  • Experience in 2+ industries (Insurance, Financial Services, Crown Corporations, Public Sector, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Energy, Automotive, Manufacturing)  
  • Experience in 2+ of the common IT delivery categories - COTS, Application Development, Cyber Security, Cloud, Business Intelligence, Data Migration, Business Transformation   
  • Delivery experience within Canada – experience in Regina, Saskatoon or Winnipeg would be a bonus  
  • Formal Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational facility  
  • PgM certification – PgMP, MSP / MoP, SAFe would be an asset. PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be a pre-requisite  
  • Other relevant certifications PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile, PROSCI, ITIL would be an asset
